My current role is trainee manager so I I am learning to run the shifts, manage people make tasks as efficient as they can be, leave the store looking good.
Managing people, my maths skills have got better with working with large amounts of money, communication and confidence have got much better.
I enjoy the store I work at very much I have a helpful and supportive team. The programme could be a little more structured but it’s good.
More regular meetings to have a proper discussion about the learning would be good.
