TTR Apprentice BA1 Review

Hi i am software developer on level 3 support, We have 4 product in our team (IPMDM),which we are working on like :Asset Control(AC), Enterprise Security master(ESM), THOR, FLAME. My role is to solve product issues, analysis of ticket and VM analysis(vendor management notification analysis). On daily basis i am learning new technology getting new task to accomplish.

Yes , i am still in the phase learning and getting support from my team mates and pluralsight (learning app), i am learning skills like C# fundamentals and SQL server stored procedure and AWS . if i talk about my existing skills i have good exposure on analysis, programming languages(java), SQL queries which is helping me to understanding source code flow of product.Apart from my technical skills i am on way to expand my professional skills like presentation and way of talking from pluralsight.

This is very good program, That shape my future towards good life, The company have good culture which is how i expect. Team mates are very cooperative, They are helping me to understand technical environment, Product flow.It is good opportunity to get involve in number of activities and show your caliber. I am very fortunate, that i got selected in this program, being a part of this program i'm just enjoying this journey of apprentice.

Its good, I am happy to share that from the induction it is good experience.The way i get support from HR people and my career coach apprentice budy these are very helpful me to understand the program, apart from this apprentice program provides all the facilities and benefits which permanent employee get, which shows the Barclays value towards the employment and well organised structure.

In Barclays i have got every thing which is required for every employee. i got good support from Hr people and my Manager he helped me at every instant and still supporting, The accessibility to every environment and platform which you working.learning support(By pluralsight portal), personal development support and program support from my career coach. Barclays is good employer they have shown good amount support in all parameter for employee.

I have got all the support from Barclays which every employee required, if talk about my training and learning support, there is online learning portal pluralsight it is helpful to gain your skill in the parameter of technical as well as functional apart from the portal my teammates and my manager are still supporting to guide the the product we are working on.if you want more support for any specific guidance you ask to your HR they will help you out .Overall Barclays support me in all parameter.

It's good feeling, because in the training i have learned skills which are relevant to job role and personnel skills as well when it comes to learn relevant technology towards the role it will help to understand the flow of product and source code and i can perform better by getting support from that portal. That may includes practical and theoretical. When you are newbie in your team by getting support from team mate and online portal and Barclays confluence page i fell more confidence to understand the issue and feel more productive.

Yes, there are many curricular activities in company goes on that may outdoor or any social activities or indoor games. there are some citizenship activities where you can participate. Apart from these skills development and hackathone, Runner up these are some enjoyable activities you can participate. Cultural event and indoor games and outdoor games are my favorite among other activities, its good that i am a part of these organisation.

Because i have experienced that Barclays is such a good organisation in all set of format. When it comes to employee security, skill development,compensation and technology enhancement new opportunity to work on, work life balance and there are plenty of reason which i have taught to recommend to my friends.

Hi There, It is easy to apply for your dream job role in Barclays, It just have 4 round(fresher) that may includes aptitude test, and technical round (program writing/output tracing),technical interview, and Hr final, Then it will comes to assessment they will send you mail with confirmation and after that smooth there will be a joining process. and induction day. you will feel lucky when you join.
