  • I have learnt many new skills already. These include using many new softwares such as Nav, Caseware and Onesource. I also feel like my communication skills have developed vast amounts too. • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Kaplan do offer a lot of support, and in exam times with the webex sessions which an online coach tutors you they always provide you with full details if you need to contact them outside the hours of the actual session n which is really helpful. The only downside is sometimes the materials for the exam arrive late.
