My role is helping customers serving,selling post office products and completing my work. Remain friendly and professional to customers and help all my colleagues and customers with whatever their needs. I also do back office work including cash,balance and preparing for my team talks and training sessions to
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills including managing and delegating and also my maths and English have developed.
