i am learning to become and change manager, our job is to deliver change throughout the business we have to get resource and project manage them through the change. my day to day activities include a lot of planing and have calls.
I ave learnt most of my skills from working here. My communcation skills has developed extremtly well including my spelling and grammar. I have devloped my time management as you realise when working here that every piece of work you do is important so you deliver on time.
i enjoy the programme very much i feel as though the present to us lots of oppourtunities to help devlop our skills. i think thr support is really good and thats important as coming into a buisness knowing nothing is quite scary.
The programme is well organised we have support available to us all the time from our carieer coaches. the only think i would fault is the onboarding process it takes quite long and you dont always stay informed. other than that it is very good.
i revieve support all the time, there is no time of the day where i do not feel like i can ask for help form anyone. the carieer team are always available and willing to support but also my manager she is very hands on and drives my development,
i recive a lot of support they are quite hands on and come into the site to do 121's, this is really helpful as you can have useful discussions.
it helps me a lot as it helps me to understand the whole business and the underlying bits that build a company which helps me understand why we do some of the stuff that we do.
There are social events with the team where we go out for meals.
Yes
because the oppourtunites are endless the business help you to develop all your skills from scratch. its such a good place to work for because everyone is so friendly.
i would ask them to think about what skills they can bring to the buisness, get them to really think about what skills they already have.
