Commercial executives design, promote, and coordinate business-to-business sales. Morning - Go through emails and reply to any urgent requests. Update reports with daily performance. Afternoon - Track all rebates and see if there accruing correctly, update actual performance metrics for each product. Plan upcoming promotions into a system to let the company know how much is needed.
I've learnt many new skills such as presenting and developed on existing like excel. Every day is not the same and your always learning and developing on a daily basis. Unilever offer inhouse training which always helps with developing and brining the better version of you to life.
I love the programme and for someone who has no skill or experience with the corporate sector - This is the perfect start !
Well organised and structured - Education side of things can get a little complicated at times but other than that the programmes is great.
Plenty of support - Just need to ask for it !
The training providers are always there when help is needed. The tend to get back to you via e-mail pretty quick.
The qualification give me a clearer insight on communication and how to handle/ adapt to certain scenarios whilst working/ learning my role.
Plenty of extra - curricular activities e.g. Netball, Step challenge, etc.
