All the employees are friendly and understanding and push you to try and do new things and are keen for you to grasp eveything

I receive support in terms of my role and my work and job at capgemini but not the apprenticeships and degree side of things. loads of support with training courses and getting internal wualifications and getting on projects you like and love and are interested in but not sp much understanding regarding the degree
so much support internally doing internal qualifications but for my degree and apprenticeship side of things no i get so much support from my apprentices and line managers and peopke on my prokect to do training courses and to get out the office however they cant or dont have the time or knowledge to help with the univerisyt side of things
My degree doesnt neccesarily correlate with the work i am doing at work the degree is rather vague where as the work you do for cap is very specific depending on what project you are on. you work with clients and softwares and abiding by capgemini ways of working and it doesnt always fit
