  • I enjoy it. I work with different teams.

  • Depends on placement but feel more valued the more i learn and develop as an apprentice.

  • Very Well. Placements have been planned years in advance. Getting support and regular meetings from managers.

  • Have meetings at start/end of placements. Also have 3 months reviews
