Maintenance, Keeping the line running and performing planned maintenance. Shadowing skilled maintenance.
PMO Level 2, Btec level 3, and currently completing HNC in electrical and electronic engineering and NVQ
I enjoy it. I work with different teams.
Depends on placement but feel more valued the more i learn and develop as an apprentice.
Very Well. Placements have been planned years in advance. Getting support and regular meetings from managers.
Have meetings at start/end of placements. Also have 3 months reviews
