This programme is severely under developed, when joining an apprentice has no idea of what role or business area they will be put into. On the original advertisement of the position, there is no mention of what roles are available. This leads to young people coming into roles that they might not actually want to do. I myself had to spend 8 months in a role I didn't want to be in before i was changed. When actually joining, there is no clear learning structure unless the team you have randomly been thrown into has one setup in time for you joining. Communication between apprentices and higher staff is appalling also.
