  • Manage debt collection process, providing updates and information to Management on team progress, Train and develop team members, Initiate and undertake projects to improve operations, as necessary, Work with Sales, Implementation, IT and others, as required, Build relationships with customers and key external contacts, Organise and attend regular client visits

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to manage my team and think of ways to encorporate a better working environment and to be able to think of new innovations and efficiencies. I have been able to learn about how business' work outside the business I currently work in. I have also been able to improve on areas i felt I was already good at.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the learning, and the challenge of being able to balance my work load and to be able to study. It has helped me improve on my time management. I have also been able to promote the learning to my team memebers. I feel ready to be able to progress to my next career goal.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I undertsand what is required and my tutor keeps me informed and up to date with what is expected. I have the skillsure tools which have been helpful in ensuring I am completing the assignments required. The online learning has also been helpful. My goals are clearly set for each meeting I have

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am given the time necessary to complete my assignments. As my learning is incorporated into my job it has meant that the work I do on a daily bases is part of my learning. I am also allowed time away from my desk to be able to focus on completing my assignments or work required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My trainer has been very supportive and understanding. Times where I've not been able to complete assignments or tasks on time my trainer has been able to offer support and advice on who I should manage my time. I am grateful for the support in between catch ups we have.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has helped me to understand areas of improvement, areas I should be more confident in. I also feel that the contents of the assignments allows me to put my work into practice and be able to find ways of improving myself as well as being able to offer advice to others.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are a number of commitees to be involved in. These all provide networking opportunities and able to learn more about my role and how I can be better in my role. I also have the opportunity to make a difference whether it's on a charity day or being part of diversity commitees.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a great company to work for who provide oppportunities to progress, and to learn and be in department you desire. They also provide opportunities to learn such as my Team leading NVQ but also be able to provide opportunities to be part of networking commitees within the business


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • To be prepared to work hard as working hard offers the best rewards. Being able to network and be part of networking opportunities. If you are wanting to progress then your personal brand is very important so being able to learn from others is also important. Team work is important and will help you progress as far as you want within the business.
