  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is junior software developer and I am in a small agile working team that push weekly builds out. What I do on a day-to-day basis depends on what needs to be done within the team. Mornings would start with a stand up and will discuss what needs to be done throughout the day.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction was good as it introduced us slowly into what needs to be expected of us as well as learning new skills right-off-the-bat. The support given is amazing and you never feel stuck. The organisation was well done and task were planned weeks in advance so we know exactly what path we're going down in the future.
