My day starts with a stand up meeting. This is where each member of the team tells the other members what they have worked on the previous day and how well it went, after saying how the previous day have gone the member will say what they plan on working on for the following day. After this meeting has finished I normally start some development. My team uses a JIRA board to track what members are doing what work.
I dont get much support from my training provider.
There are many activities that you can get involved, such as playing football, rugby etc.
