I really enjoy the work i do as it has a direct impact on the quality of the build of the MINI. I work in a large team who offer as much advise as i ask for. We are all working to produce excilent MINI, so everyone works well together to achive that goal. The prgramme beat my expectation to tell the truth, I have managed to get so much out of it and have always had support it what i wanted to do from my training advisers/managers.
I feel very valued as i know im having a direct impact on improving the car.
It vaires....at times i will have everything set out for me and all of the placements i am to attecened decided. But also at times it is unstructured as they are trying to cater for everyones needs and intrests. I have always been given time do do my studying, as they understand the importance of it.
As such support as i ask for, they have always been supportive in the chioces i have made.
They are very supportive and undestand that my training needs come fisrt, I have never been overloaded with work as they appeciate the amound of studying that has to be down withing the prgramme. I have been fortunate enough to have a mentor in my place of work who has introduced me to the nessacery people for my job role.
For my age it is great, I am able to save pleanty of money as well as having a good social life.
