Trainee Apprentice Review

I am working in Siebel team (TC1). My project is basically lending GTOR where I am working on Web page designing by OPA.I have developed many new skills as well as improving my existing skills. An example of this would be my confidence and sales techniques. I am learning JAVA through Pluralsight.

I have also developed a lot of confidence and communication skills during my apprenticeship as you are always working with different teams and speaking to the client.

I enjoy the programme very well because I get to work with different people from all ages and people I am not used to working with. It makes me aware that different do things in different ways, so for me it improves my listening skills so I can take everyone's point across.

The programme is well organized with monthly performance catch up with manager and manager also gives us feedback. There are different objectives needs to complete on monthly basis / on specific defined time.

There are good team members who are always ready to support and guide.

A lot of support is offered from the training provider has there are revise lessons after work, so this gives people that are behind on their work can go and gain help with the teacher we have here. This can help a person to gain confidence in what the are learning in class.

I feel the qualification I am doing helps me to perform better in my role because to helps me to gain knowledge about the things I will be doing on a daily basis.

Yes there are lot of curricular activities happens. Eg. School kit assembly
