java developer Review

Basically i am a junior java developer at Barclays, on a day to day basis i have solve the project related issues at back end, if any new changes comes i have to solve those and commit the code, understand the whole delivery process , keep updated the confluence page. Enhance my skills using different resource.

Before joining Barclays i knew few technologies, after joining i enhanced my skills as well as learning new skills. Barclays provide a very good platform for freshers we get to know new technologies and also get to know the overall flow of the project. they also provide various course and training which will help us.

Apart from technical things or project there are many other activities conducted by Barclays like citizenship activities where we get a chance to service for society in many ways.in technical side Barclays uses new technologies which can help us boost our knowledge and skills. there are also many stress relieving activities included in Barclays

Our Apprentice program is very well organized and structured , here we have monthly meeting with our line manager as well as our technology apprentice manager, where we discusses our completed program's and area of improvement. we can contact any time for any concerns to line manager as well as technology apprentice manager.

we get help from our colleagues in terms of project or any other things.

yes, there are many extra curricular activities involved in Barclays.there are many professional events, social events where we get a chance to serve the society, also there are many events for disabled children and many other actives on floor.there are also stress reveling activities involved which help us .

Barclays is very good platform for freshers as well as experienced, work culture is very good, many new technologies are being adopted which help us get connected with the technical world emerging new technologies. apart from that there also extra curricular activities involved where we can enjoy apart from work.

while applying to Barclays make sure you fill all the information correctly. while interview be confident and honest which is very important. hiring process and verification and joining process is some what slow you have to be patient. But the HR here are very cooperative which is very good thing.
