A relaxed working environment, that allows me to strive as I feel very comfortable in my work space. No one is afraid to give you a hand very approachable friendly people. Plenty of time given to you for training dependent on which rotation you find yourself in. Support is all around.
My professional skills have been developed, dealing with others who i am not confident around. My communications skills via text format. The main thing I have learnt is that just be yourself and the best thing is that the company allows you and supports you in doing this and carrying out day to day work.
I enjoy the day to day workings, the opportunities it has provided for me, the chance to travel all over the country meeting new people, exploring new places. The university time you are provided with isn't a lot. There is a lot of work to do and at times can be difficult to balance it out.
The programme is structured well in the sense you get to rotate around and get a grasp of the different service groups provided by the firm. There is regular meetings to discuss the various different elements whether that be for the university or any apprenticeship related notices that may arrise.
The support has been great you are assigned an apprentice before you begin working to take away any nerves you may be feeling, then when you begin working here you have a buddy who works in the same service line as yourself and they are at hand to help. Other than that managers or any other colleagues are very approachable.
We have a dedicated team in house at hand to answer any questions that we may have regarding our qualifications or anything surrounding this. We have programme advisors, programme leaders, a whole team dedicated to apprentices to help with any thing whether that be apprenticeship related or other wise not.

The office is very sociable with regular invites being handed out whether that be socialising with other apprentices/graduates right the way to graduates so a benefitting platform to network with others whilst also enjoying activities that you enjoy. You also have the opportunity to suggest new ideas that are welcomed.

You can travel if you wish to regularly or if you wish to stay put and travel just when necessary this is also possible.
A great place to be if you want to work hard and excel. The platform is there for you to achieve your maximum potential the support from management right the way down to my fellow peers i work with on a day to day basis has been great and just try hard!
