I am a maintenance technician apprentice, my daily tasks include individual projects such as making or modifying equipment, adn shadowing maintenance associates so that I can learn the faults that occurr in the area and how to fix them.
From my apprenticeship so far I have gained a level 3 extended diploma in engineering and I am currently studying a HNC at swindon college.
I really enjoy my programme as a maintenance associates job is very hands on and that is what i enjoy. i also enjoy working with the maintenance associates as they are friendly and pass there knowledge on to you which is what you need to progress.
