the job role involves learning the construction industry as civil engineer's a day to day basis we shadow our mentors on different jobs all over the united kingdom learning different skills such as pipe work, levelling out, concreting, steel fixings, drainage, fencing. depending on the job depends on how much we get involved but most of the time we are doing very much the same as our mentor.
since starting Bentleys my skills have come on leaps and bounds, I've done stuff id never have thought id do before starting working for them, the main one is my confidence has improved massively in myself and working with others, Bentleys are very interested in your well being and very approachable
the programme at J N Bentleys is probably the best out there, it is full of potential and there is lots of options if you want to progress through the company but the bet part is you can do it at your own pace there's nobody rushing you all they want is you to do your best so I really really enjoy the programme.
the programme is very well organised and set out its very easy to understand and work through and theres plenty of people willing to help you along the way. the structure of the course is very good making sure everyone is working on the same level but the best bit is if your a bit slower they don't make it feel like your behind
the support from the employer is the best i've ever received they make it there job to ensure that everyone is happy in work and out of work which makes the experience more enjoyable. over all the support you get is the best. I haven't got a bad word to say about them to be honest
the support we receive from our training provider when working towards our qualification is great there always there to help no matter what the issue. very supportive in everything we do and the help we get is second to none. id definitely recommend them to anyone they make the experience more enjoyable
I feel very comfortable about the qualification it has helped me improve very well in my role I feel a lot more knowledgeable in myself, the practical side of our qualification is also a good one to help us while were out on site makes me more confident when working on a day to day basis
there are lots of things to do out side of work through Bentleys such as football, biking, walking, running, yoga lots of things to get involved in its a good way to interact with your work mates out of work which makes the working experience more enjoyable and makes the day go faster
Yes
j n Bentleys is a good company to work for they invest in there people as well, its a very well organised company with lots of future possibility to progress through the company and along the way they always make sure your happy within your work and if your not they do everything they can to help that
the only advice I can give is that you need to work for them because they are such a good company to work for they work together and we get stuff done no matter the size of the project at j n Bentleys we don't just do the smalls we go bigger and better. WE MOVE MOUNTAINS TO GET STUFF DONE
