  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Was well structured before the outsourcing of the programme, before the outsourcing the coaches were great and the 1-2-1 support really helped, regular updates of the course and the work I was completing, my coach was always on hand. After the outsourcing I felt the support wasn't there and not happy with the overall planning.
