Microbiological technician Product testing in sterilies lab including isolator. Responsible for batch progression throughout the lab.
Studying for 3 year foundation degree course with university of kent (hopefully to be extended to 5 year bsc)
My work is fun and at times challenging. I am treat as one of the team. I am no different to other members of staff in the eyes of the company in the view of the company. Very enjoyable.

programme could do with a better structure as clear objectives are not laid out at the start
A lot, but due to the nature of the lecturers research work they are sometimes hard to get hold of. This has only happened a few times.
I get days off when i need them for study HR could be improved though as centrally controlled my mentor is brilliant sometimes my managers are hard to get hold of i get guidance with all problems
all costs for books are covered and travel to and from uni during summer schools.
