My role is quite demanding which allows me to grow. However the team I work in is very helpful. I write scripts in order to automate tasks
Learned new skills - related to coding/development as well as improved my soft skills - communication, presenting etc
I really like it and think that IBM allows apprentices to grow/develop their skills
Organised very well, we have time for studying as well as working- includes variety of skills
A lot of support - employer lets us decide what we want to learn - funds additional qualifications, supports carrier development
As above
IBM is a training provider therefore they know what the role requires - qualification is very well deigned to suit my role
Networking events are run very often - depending on preferences - sport activities, Christmas parties, 1st Wednesdays - networking event over dinner
Yes
Very supportive, very flexible regarding developing career and skill set, great mentoring system
Focus on long term goal, think how you could help IBM not only how they can help you, show that you are willing to learn continuously as demand in different fields of IT changes rapidly.
