  • I lead a team of collegaues who serve our customers with transactions and help with their needs. I am responsibe for making sure we provide a great service for all, achieve grow with income , support colleagues in delievering this and making sure the branch is operationally fit for business with compliance.

  • yes - I have learnt the theory around learning and how people have different learning styles and how to bring teams together. Theory around strategy and

  • I enjoy the study blocks and the assignments. I find the monthly journals a chore due to the prcoess around them and and the action learning can be intence to a lack of direction.

  • As per my previous question - more direction is needed around the monthly Journals and action learning. The course director needs to be nore organised and clearer in her direction . Sometimes, there is very little notice for activities such as webinars.
