  • I enjoy the independence that Barclays gives me. I like that we can manage out own schedules and that we are still treated as an employee even though we are only apprentices. my line manager is very friendly and everyone has always been very helpful! I thoroughly enjoy the programme I am on.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive a lot of help from my training provider. I have been in constant contact with them since starting the course. the only problem I had was when they needed a membership paying for and they gave me a very short deadline to do this with very little guidance on how we get it reimbursed.
