I support the community with their performance and operational data by putting together findings and packs to identify recommendations and what is going well. Day to day I work with lots of different people and each day is different, from meetings, to calls.
My confidence has definitely developed, I have learnt lots of new skills and how I can be a successful leader in the future
I love the programme, and although challenging at times with uni and work, it really is an amazing opportunity which I feel so lucky to be on.
There is a lot of miscommunication at times and I feel that a lot of people aren't aware of the programme and what the BHAP's are in the business for. sometimes we can be used as a resource
