Good valuable experience, good team and very high level of safety. Overall very enjoyable programme.
I'm involved in everyday tasks with a tradesman learning how to do tasks with them and involved in all work within my trade.
Very well organised as there is a set routine for us and we always know what we are going to be doing before the day of doing so.
See advisor every 2 weeks, easy access to support and enjoyable.
