I work at a dealership selling cars and managing a small team of customer service agents making sure they provide the best possible customer service.
I have learnt resilience, decision making, sales, leadership and problem solving.
I really enjoy the programme that i am on! It allows me to travel the country, work with some incredible people and get the exposure i need.
Its well structured and there is loads of opportunities to switch program and progress within the program.
I receive loads of support. I work with the directors and if i ever need anything i can give them a quick call and they are there to support me.
We gets lots of support from our training providers. At the start of the program we are assigned a mentor and they are there throughout.
My qualification helps massively towards the program. It allows me to put theory into practice and see the results.
There are extra activities you can get involved in. Firstly, you can attend networking days. There are days where you can visit new sites and meet new directors. There are charity days and sporting events which people take part in.

I would recommend Pendragon to a friend for the opportunities, progression and exposure to different jobs.
I would advise you to check out there dealers, go to head office to see the different departments and attend the assessment days.
