  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have a very interesting role that I enjoy considerably. I am able to work with the broader WTW business and am allowed the time to learn about the additions products and services we offer outside of my immediate vicinity. The exams are okay and support is provided if needed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has has lacked clarity and structure throughout the 18 months that I have currently been in the role. The programme has been an amazing way to get into the business, yet the structure around the scheme has been no existent at times which has in turn lead to uncertainty.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider conducts revision sessions for our CII exams, the entails a teacher coming in and spending the time taking us through the relevant learning outcomes within our text books. This has been very helpful as they have been able to provide real life exams to the theory within the book.

  • 9a. Would you recommend WTW to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The business is very interesting and there is a broad range of opportunity in and outside of core insurance roles. I have been given the freedom to be heard and felt empowered to share my ideas with the wider business. I can see myself building a long term career within the group.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW?
  • Research and be sure to understand the high level dynamics of the London Insurance Market.
