  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme as the firm has provided me with the opportunity to work in a Big 4 company without having a degree. I really love the concept of being able to progress in the firm by taking on exams which is fully funded by the firm. I would always tell myself that I enjoy it to the extent that I would advise people to join an apprenticeship than going to university.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe the programme is structured very well as it provides the basis of the company in the first year and what we should be looking forward to in the coming years. The firm allows us to experience different teams during the first three years. During the three years we get to experience 4 placements and then we are able to decide where to work for the next three years. I believe this structure is very well organised as it sets me to have a successful future.
