I have developed my confidence when speaking on the phone and speaking to new people.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. There are things i would change such as the systems we use but overall i enjoy the programme

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

As the systems have changed twice whilst being with the company, I feel like it hasnt been as organised as it could of been. I did enjoy the pivot system but dont like the smart assessor as much

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get alot of support from my managers and colleagues in my store. I also get the support from my assessor with monthly calls and i can email at anytime for help with my work

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel like i would benefit from being taught somethings. At the moment there is alot of independent learning but i feel i would benefit from some classroom time

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have developed my knowledge alot from going this qualification. It ha helped me get better at my job and develop my knowledge in certain areas that we dont always touch.

I would recommend people to just got for it! its the best experience
