I have only just started my apprenticeship so am only just currently working through the first 4 modules at the moment being that I'm only 2 weeks in. I'm just getting to grips with the system and how I access everything at work but also from home as well.

From looking on the system I have seen the structure of the programme and its well organised by being divided into different sections.
I have the full support of my manager and he is always there to help if I need it.
My trainer is also in contact with me helping when I need it.

Business looking at ways to save money so are franchising loads of offices making job stability very unreliable. Loads of crown branches have already closed and loads more being franchised and now being run by WH Smith. This is not good for colleagues who love the job as the network is only getting smaller so they end up with no job
Read about the company and read job description so you know what your role involves. Lots of selling of products involved in the job so you need to be confident and comfortable in the products we sell and be confident introducing them to our customers and be able to talk about them confidently.
