Build enterprise applications for client, using Java predominantly. Writing code, code reviews, problem solving,
New skills, Java, SQL, Hibernate, Improved communication, team work
Even with heavy work load still find experience to be enjoyable
Modules could have been structured better, especially dividing up double and single credit modules
Capgemini give us so much support, they are really enthused by us doing this.
Aston are a big support, any queries/concerns are nearly always answered prompty
Some modules definitely help, however I do feel some, such as PHP, data mining, are a little dated
Yes, there are always extra curricular available, including career fairs and network activities

Great support, plenty of opportunity to grow and if you are unsatisfied with your job role they will always support you if you wish to change positions.
Be yourself, you don't necessary have to have previous IT experience. Just have enthusiasm to learn
