I work in Management , which means we help the occupier keep all their day to day property matters under control - for example by doing inspections or finding contractors, advising based on their lease and also keeping an eye on future things to consider like rent reviews or other available properties.
i have learnt how to work in a team more effectiviely , and seen a ew projects through which takes alot or organisation.
This apprenticeship programme was the best option for me , i feel i have learnt alot on the job. While some fulltime students would have to wait a couple years for the experience.
The programme could do with more structure especially a long term plan for the the full 5 years set out right from the beginning. For example a requirement for teams you visiit or summary of what you'll be doing so you can be confident in your role at all times.
I receive quite a lot of support , especially with my degree aswell not only in work.
i receive some support.
I feel the training is relevant to my job role.
Yes their are quite a few options in extra curricular activites if i wanted to get involved in like Yoga etc.
Yes
I would recommend as its a fantastic opportunity to gain expereince and a degree at the same time.
Be yourself, present your best qualities, be confident and make sure you are well informed about the company and why you want to do the apprenticeship. I would ensure my CV is checked by a few proffessionals , the more the better.
