My role is to assist Currys and PC World customers with their queries and complaints calls relating to an extended warranty. To provide a satisfactory resolution to all calls and to enhance the customer's journey.

overall I would have to say I enjoyed my experience as it got my foot into the door, and gave me the basic skills to be able to go on and be a competent work colleague. I do however feel there is not as much involvement in the apprenticeship scheme to warrant the low pay.

I would advise them to join as a standard colleague, not as an apprentice. The wage structure is far to low for the amount of work you actually do. There is very little difference between a full time colleague and an apprentice
