Advising customers and assisting them with care plan queries.
I have gained a huge amount of confidence and my communication skills with people have improved massively, how to adapt to situations and people in them situations.
The teamwork, i enjoy working with people and solving problems.
Not very well, apart from our normal working rota when it comes to doing anything to do with our apprentice course we always find out at last minute and nothing is arranged properly.
Lots, they are brilliant at helping with anything and if im having a bad day for example they turn that around straight away and help you.
Not very much, we hardly go to the training provider and we hardly do any work with them towards our qualification. We more than likely will have to finish are course at home since we have hardly been.
We haven't really had much help when it comes to our qualification, everything we learn at work is not through our training it is through the company we work for.
there is a few things we can do outside of work, such as joining a football team and a skirmish team
Yes
Because they have helped me build up myself as a person through multiple ways, such as confidence and communication skills. They have made me a much better person all round and I have made a huge amount of friends.
Any mistakes you make they can fix for you as long as you learn from them, if you take on the role and always try your best.
