My role is to answer calls and help customers with their careplans
i have learnt how to handle my customers and i have developed on my confidence and communication skills
I enjoy my apprenticeship quite a lot it challenges my skills each day
I think my apprenticeship is extremely well organised and structured
I receive enough support from my employer
I receive quite a lot of support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications i find them very helpful
i feel that my qualifications highly impact my job role
there are many activities to get involved in at work for example we have a football team where you can join if you would like to we also sometimes have a department/team night out where you go with your team or your department for a night out
