I deal with a lot of customers over the phone on my day to day basis as i need to help them as much as i can and give them the best advice i possibly can. this includes renewing their agreement policies, cancelling their policies, requesting replacements, making complaints, booking valet requests and much more.
yes i have learnt how to deal with customers more effectively aswell as improving my communication skills such as looking for new methods to help them and deal with angry customers or upset customers which is what i am quiet use to now aswell as using the system which has taught me a lot.
I really do enjoy it as it helps me learn new things in the business if i ever want to move up in the organisation which is quiet interesting aswell as looking for new ways to improve my computer skills aswell as enjoying the company of my colleagues and managers which is quiet fun.
it is very well organised as i get all the help I can from both the provider and the company aswell as my manager who is there to guide me in every way and teach organise everything effectively.
my first line manager is the best who always is there for me when i need him as if i need anything or i am struggling with anything he helps me out and tries his best to go out and beyond to help me which is great and i respect him a lot,
i get a lot of support when i am there which is great as they explain every thing to me which is really helpful especially when i dont understand something they always break down things which helps a lot.
it teaches me a lot about the organisation and how a business actually works and what i have to do to build my self up and make me a better employee which is quiet amazing.
