on a day to day basis i answer phone calls and provide customers with he best customer service i can and i have to objection handle when customers come through aggressively and come through to wrong department and i have to calm them down and explain i can only process sales
ive learnt a lot through my apprenticeship how to handle situations become more confident and develop more as a person also when we did lions lair i had to come up with an idea how we could improve the business and present in front of people which i would have never done
Yes i did enjoy the program, i got to meet new people and communicate with people and interact also at the source i develop new skills and improved my English and maths, al;so i enjoyed it because i got the opportunity to start work and get experience and get new responsibilities
The program is very organised and structured the way we went to source every once a month and also we had a probation review once a month and also people from source came and listened to us on the phone and reviewed the call. also the way source communicated with knowhow
i received a lot of support from my employer because when i was behind or needed extra time the would give it me and help me to ensure i could get it done in time and efficiently they also supported me balancing work social life and coursework to get everything on track
i received very good support they would give up there time and travel into work to help me so i could get it done on time and efficiently they also made it easier as we did videos instead of actually writing it all down, when i was at source aswell they help everyone
my qualification helps me perform better at work because i got all the right sales techniques to sales to my customers also the training i did makes me ensure that i get all the customers detail right and spell everything right to make sure everything is right for customer and that there happy with the customer service

Yes
yes i would recommend because its a great environment where you get to communicate with people and develop my skills and become more confident as a person and meet people while your working, because you get into a routine for waking up to work and get to meet new people
Advice id give to people is to be as confident as possible and try to engage with people and it will make the job easier and make the job more enjoyable and also they will be able to help you when you need it and you can help them because it will be able to engage
