TELESALES customers come through with enquirys and we try to persuade the custromer to purchace with us to help customers and bring revenue up we then also offer them our service plans to make sure they are getting the full service overall to try to get them to purchase again
i have learnt a lot through out my apprenticeship but i would defiantly say got i learnt a lot better communicating skills over the phone and i also learnt through my time doing the lions lair training how to work as a team and work to peoples strengths and weeknesses
i really enjoyed the apprenticeship overall as it as helped me gain a lot of knowledge and confidence through out all of the training and it has been very beneficial to me with the qualifications i also got to meet and communicate with others i may not of normally met
the program was structured perfectly to work around all out groups needs so that everyone could progress together we also all had a trip to the sorce academy once a month where we could get help and guidence for the course and any other isues or problems we may have with the programe
we got a lot of support through out the program our employer was very flexible with the help and guedence we needed including giving us payed days to go down to the source academy to help progress with the apprenticeship and get the help we needed while also giving us a very good wage for the apprenticeship
our training provider the source academy offered us a lot of help and gidence through out the program they were very helpful and flexible the whole time offering us help at any time just by emailing them and we also had sessions with our tutors there to once a month
my qualification has helped me alot with my role as they taught us alot of different selling techniques to help us close sales and different ways to help different types of customers and how to deal with different situations for example angry customers and thankls to this training i now know what to do
at our work there are quite a few different activity's go on through out the year including events, we have a work football team who play they also have events where the team plays against other contact centres in professional stadiums where everyone can go one they also have things like Christmas partys
