I have completed the 2 month Accelerated Learning Environmen (ALE) at Aston Universtiy and I am currently on the bench waiting for a role. Currently, I am learning new skills so that i am more suitable for upcoming roles.
I have developed my HTML coding skills and so far I have learnt how to code using Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby and also learnt how to create databases. While on the bench I have started to learn C# and .Net on Microsoft Azure.
I will start the degree aspect of my programme in September. But from my experience in ALE and Aston university i would 10/10 recommend!
Although Intense, the ALE aspect of the programme is very well structured and is constantly being updated from feedback by past cohorts. After talking to previous intakes, I am comfortable in saying that the programme is well organised and nicely structured.
Capgemini has a reviewer as well as a skills coach from the university to support you throughout the programme.

The culture and ethos of the company is very welcoming and invites you to a work place you are very comfortable in. Although I have only very recently started working for Cap, everyone I have talked to, in all positions of the business - everyone has been very welcoming and supportive.
Be You! & Cap will help you be the best YOU, you can be.
