Learnt alot of customer service skills, listening and communicating and problem solving within the job, theres many different skills that come in handy such as team work by working as a team to make sure you are the best team on the floor, then customers who are having troubles use problem solving to make sure they get the right service
I like the job at times it gets a bit busy and stressful but its not too bad to cope with most of the time its straight forward either making reservations for the company when items are already in stock or doing home deliveries for the customer and pay and collects i like the job however it is a bit repetitive at peak times
The programme is well structured we do normal work then off and on visit the source at meadowhall to follow up on course work, we do an hour off training at work to finish at course work and at the mean time do maths and english within that. It is a organised routine

We received a lot of support from our trainer within the job so the trainer came in and made sure we knew what to do also call listened to make sure we are making calls correctly with our course work they kept in touch through email and let us know what to improve on and how to help

Its a great job to be within everyone is friendly the staff help you as much as they can if your having any problems its a nice straight forward job once you get used to it, great pay aswell for being an apprentice also get our food free so it makes it better
As long as your okay with dealing with customers on the phone and speaking to them in the correct manner then it wouldn't be a problem got to be outgoing and friendly, and good at listening and communicating, sometimes it gets busy but uve gotta stick to it otherwise no chance
