i have to answer calls from customers and deal with their problems as best as i can if i can not deal with it i will pass them on to the correct department , we also aim to make as many direct sales and reservations as we can . the most important part of the job is selling extra warranty and keeping the customers happy.
since i have started here i have managed to develop my taking and general conversing skills in terms of dealing with strangers , and i have also learnt alot about businesses and how they work inside and out, working here has helped me to grow up and take responsibility for myself better than ever before
i do not particularly enjoy the programme at all that i am in as every where i look i see people doing a lot better , but never the less i am still grateful for the opportunists now and in the future that this programme has provided for me so i guess can not complain.
the programme that we are currently in is very well structured if you ask me, i believe this because they have managed to take under qualified young people and give them a real chance out in the world , not to mention the face that due to this programme i have been able to resit an important exam and pass it as well.
my employer has given me more support than i ever would have imagined , whenever i have needed to go to the hospital they have been understanding, when ever i have needed to excuse myself from my desk they have supported me and always looked out for my well being as best they can.
in terms of how much support i am given from my training provider when working toward my sales goals i would have to say that they have been extremely helpful as my first line manager has always been there to tell me what i am doing Wright and wrong and how to improve.
i feel that my qualification has helped me to perform a lot better as i now have the knowledge and confidence to be the best that i can at my job, i now know to put the customer first as this keeps them happy and in turn i will get a better kh score.
yes in fact here at team know how we have foot ball that any one from the floor can go and join in on every Tuesday evening up at graves park, we also have this thing called lions lair which gives apprentices the opportunity to present the company with new ideas.
Yes
i would recommend currys and pc world to a friend for making purchases as some times we have really good deals on electricals and kitchen appliances , i would also recommend them to get a job involved with ourselves as i have one friend working for Dixons aswel and we would both agree that they are a great company to work for.
i would say that if you are going to get your self a job at dixons carphone or even at team know how then my best advice would be to always keep your head up and try your best as some days may be slow or longer than the one before but it is always worth it for the good days outweigh the bad.
