my role is a Sales adviser. i come into work and i support my customers by helping them find items that they are looking for. i also offer them any add ons we offer such as any install or recycle of old items. after i placed the order for customer, i always let them know they can come back if they need any help.
i have learned a lot of new skills. i have become more confident in dealing with customers and my communication skills have become stronger as i am talking to customers and colleague much better with confidence. i have also gain self motivation because i am trying to achieve the best stats.
i really enjoy the programme because the colleagues are really supportive. since i have started i have gained a lot of support. the main thing i enjoy the most is the staff are really fun to talk to and they know how to have a laugh. i have gained a lot of new techniques and new skills through fun activities
the programme is really with organised and structured. whenever i need support on my course work, the staff are really supportive and helpful. the company is well organised and the way everything works is very simple which is great because it is easy to work through the system when i am helping the customer
i receive a lot of support from my manager and team members. we have looked at my weakness and i have received help from my team members to help me get my stats. with the help of my team members and manager i am slowly but surely improving. they help me step by step to help me achieve my goals
with the training provider, they regularly visit me at my workplace but i also visit the training ground every month to get support on my course work. they have explained the work in detail and explained what i need to do to help me achieve the best possible grade i can get.
with the training i receive, it teaches me how to talk to customers professionally and to become a good seller. it helps me gain a lot more knowledge about the job it self as well and gave me the confidence a lot of people my own age haven't got.
a lot of extra-curricular activities that are available to take part in is football with the colleagues. we also have a face book page called workplace where we can keep in touch with our colleagues which are based in stores. we also have a cricket club where a lot of the guys play in the evening after work for a bit of fun and also keeps us healthy.
Yes
the reason why i would recommend currys pc world because we provide a brilliant service and we are the best when it comes to sales. we are competitive as a company. we have really friendly staff and out of any other retailer we are the only company that has items in stores to look at as for other retailers the items are justonline
i would explain to those who will apply for currys pc world that it is a great place to work and the staff are really supportive. they train you up with brilliant trainers and going through the presentation carefully and steady to help you understand what we sell as a company
