My job is very well organised, I get time of calls to do my Source coursework and my manager will help me if I have any problems with anything. I get weekly visit from the source, we have weekly team brief to talk about how well our performance is doing and where we need to improve.
I get so much support from my manager, he will help me when I need help, he will do thing for me such as price match and discounts code for me. If I have a customer that would like to but a complement in about me I would ask my manager if he can take the call for me and hear what the customer has to say about me.
I get so much support from my training provider when working towards my qualification. When I get stuck with anything I will ask my training provider and there will help me and explain it in more detail. I have so much confidence now then I did before I started here.
Through my qualification I have performed better then I did when I started. my confidence when talking on calls has improved, this has helped me in my job because I am helping the customers more and asking them lifestyle questions about the items there are after which I enjoy doing.
