Being an apprentice travel advisor contains a lot of learning on the job, some days I open the buro, other days I right the figures up on other days I change the window deals, then it’s all about trade and service with the public
I have learnt a lot mor people skills and sales skills working in TUI
I absolutely love my job
It’s very organised and structured, every month I get set time to complete my apprenticeship work
I revive a bit of support from my employer but mostly my mentor
I have received a lot of support from my training provider when recently working towards my working with others documents
It keeps me learning new things every day making me a better version of the travel advisor I aim to be
Taking on roles and responsibilities, I am the CEF at my work
Yes
Because it’s an amazing career and there are some benefits to working for tui
Be confident and stick with it, it gets tough sometimes with the course work and having to hit ur targets but persevere and you will succeed
