  • A lot of support. They are very flexible and always willing to extend a helping hand. I had to move my training dates and the training provider was extremely cooperative and understanding. Our training coach, Imran Choksi, is particularly helpful, and the regular review meetings with him are very useful.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification helps me a bit to perform in my role. Some of the things I have learnt apply to what I do on a daily basis, but I would like to see more focus placed on the technical side of things - e.g. an in-depth learning about testing etc.

  • Santander is a good organization to be a part of. It is very inclusive and has a friendly environment. The managers are very approachable and understanding, and the work-life balance is particularly good. The support network is exceptional and there are tons of opportunities to develop yourself and your career.
