  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the program is fairly well organised/structured. There is a website you can log into to see everything that you need to do so that you don't get confused and your trainer will also let you know what you need to have done before the next visit so that you don't end up falling behind.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I am really grateful towards him because I would not have been able to get as far as I have if it wasn't for him helping me thruout the programme. anything that I needed or asked for or needed an opinion on that I wasn't sure of he was there for me.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Iceland to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • because I think that Iceland is a really good place to work especially after you compare us to a lot of other retail businesses. Iceland has a decent wage for both delivery drivers as well as frontline colleagues. there is also room for improving yourself and going forward and making a career out of it like I have done so myself.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Iceland?
  • if I were to give advice to somebody applying for an Iceland position it would probably be to go in there and just be yourself because if you try to be someone you aren't then you will not like what you are doing you also need to be able to be good with customers because that's the most important thing in the business are our customers
