  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am somewhat enjoying my program. I chose the Business specialism and enjoy these subjects, I am less interested in the technical aspects of the course which I feel I take less benefit from as this is not where i see my career going. At times it is also challenging to find a balance between work, uni and personal life.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well organised most of the time. I feel that this will always be a challenge due to work commitments. Sometimes it is difficult to prioritise between work and university. The university do handle this well, there have been times where lectures have been cancelled late though which can cause inconveniencies.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a good amount of support from Capgemini, we are given the time to focus on studides and people are open to help with challenging areas on my apprenticship. Having study days to use at certain parts of the year is very helpful and i feel takes a lot of pressure off especially during exams.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We do receive a fair amount of support, sometimes i feel that deadlines could be split out further apart. I am unsure if teachers from different subjects communicate to plan deadlines, if this doesn't happen then i think it would be a real help for people doing a degree along side full time work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Sometimes I think the course helps, there are certain subjects which help more then others. For example i want to be in a less technical role, therefore where i am required to learn programming I dont get much benefit. I feel that the main benefit i get is constatntly needing to use my initiative and think critically which i get out of my studies as apposed to the actual content.
