My role involves answering calls to customers enquiring about their care plans. I will renew, cancel agreements, also adjust an agreement if the customer has changed address. Responsibility i hold include data protection, ensuring customers get the best possible service and also insuring my colleges are ok.
Before working here i worked in retail face to face. Working in a call center has made me realise it is very different to work in retail in person than over the phone. There is no point in arguing with a customer either in store or over the phone as it could resulot in further action being taken. New skills i have learnt at team knowhow incude communication skills, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Time Management and decision making.
I enjoy the programme a lot because i have made really good friends with the people on my team.
In work our programme is structured really well. all team members have set shifts and We go to collage once a month and we all enjoy going there as it is a nice break for us to relax from work together.
i recieve all the support i need from my manager and i am very greatful for that.
my manager is always pushing me always keeping me on target and if i fall off target this will be discussed in briefs in order for me to improve
my training provider has much experience within the company, he also has much experience with apprentices therefore he is not new and knows how to tackle us.
