  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme a lot. The apprenticeship ties in with day to day work very well and helps expand my knowledge on things I do daily. The only down side is finding the time ti do the work;as the job role is unpredictable and you don’t knownif there are going to be lots of customer or none and how long you will be with them, getting the work done within due dates is difficult.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think the structure works well - a module of work at month. However there are constantly changes which I understand but sometimes you’ll spend a lot of time on some work for it to then be removed from the programme. There are also times where work is added in and your not told about it.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my work colleague who will help me with questions that I may not know the answer to or will help with witness statements. However I was told when starting that my assessor does monthly visits - I have only ever had one visit throughout a year.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My Apprenticeship Assesor is alwaysbhappy to help, I can contact by email or phone and she helps me with questions/tasks I don’t understand. She replies quickly to make sure I can get things done as soon as possible. However as mentioned before, we only have phone reviews never face to face when I think these pups be helpful.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • A lot of the task/question so far are about things that I have learnt on the role - I think it helps to understand these things I am doing but also I already know a lot of it. However in terms of legal knowledge it really helps me to learn new things that I can use daily in my role.

There a different training sessions that are fun like Disney that everyone can get involved in to help their gain more knowledge on products we sell
