I have learnt many skills including communication skills, knowledge skills, mathematical skills and have developed my listening and people skills to really give customers the best experience. It has also developed my selling skills and computer skills, working on a computer all day has enabled me to get quick at searches and completing the booking stages
I throughly enjoy completing my course work, I make sure to log on every day and complete what I can when the store is quiet. It has also developed my skills in many destinations and on the system. From compliance research I have also learnt a lot that I use in my day to day job
Very organised, I take part in a call each month with my assessor who evaluates and marks my work. She is always there for assistance through email or a phone call. The questions are straightforward which allows me to understand them better, they often provides examples to questions to help me answer them fully
I receive the most support through my assessor Who is always on hand to help with questions and marks my work throughly. We also complete recordings to which she can use as evidence at my end point exam. She always replied to my emails promptly so I can get on with tasks
A lot. It provides space for me to type answers and saves them so I can go back and add different things later on. It allows me to communicate with my assessor through the system which saves time and allows my assessor to get back once she is free to do so.
It gives me the opportunity to complete tasks towards my qualification. Doing all the research allows me to do my job better as I can recommend more to customers and provide assistance to colleagues with certain questions they may have. It allows me to store information to these questions where I can go back and access it
There are often supplier events such as a Disney day which many employed from different stores gather to speak to the Disney professionals to gain knowledge and know about special events or activities going on at certain times in the Disney parks.
